Have you always wanted to participate in a boot camp class? Here's your chance! Marco teaches a class every Tuesday night. If you want to push your limits through bootcamp or exercise and be outdoors, this is a super fun activity for you!
In these classes you will work out outside in a group setting. During the classes you use materials from the environment. You don't stay in 1 place, but you move around by walking, dribbling, running or sprinting.
In this hour you will be moving around and having fun.
Did you know you can also do family boot camp?
The cost for bootcamp classes is €7.50 per person. The classes are for 13+ and you can sign up through Marco's website: Dune and forest Bootcamp.
